My Story

Tammy Martin, SSW, CTRP

I began this part of my journey in 2010 in the social services field after working as the interim Executive Director for the local Big Sisters Agency. I witnessed the daily toll of extreme poverty, abuse, child abuse, and domestic violence, challenges that often pushed staff into chronic survival mode and burnout. These experiences ignited my deep interest in understanding stress, the mind-body connection, and innovative approaches to achieving resilience.

I immersed myself in the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Deepak Chopra, and other pioneers in mind-body science. Through practices like meditation, conscious breathing, and real-time self-regulation, I reconditioned my mind and body, breaking old patterns and creating a new normal. This journey enabled me to experience sustained success and well-being without stress.

With over 30 years of professional expertise in mental health, addictions, and Indigenous populations, I now integrate my certifications as a NeuroChangeSolutions consultant, HeartMath trainer, trauma practitioner, social service worker and Reiki Master to empower individuals and organizations. By blending neuroscience-based concepts with psychoeducational insights, I provide transformative tools that create sustainable change from the inside out. My approach fosters a supportive environment where my clients are empowered to shift from a state of stress to one of creation, unlocking their potential to thrive.
