If you are feeling stuck and like you cannot make changes in your life (and have likely been trying for a long time), I would highly recommend working with Tammy. It’s not always feasible to get to a retreat when doing Dr. Joe’s work and this is the next best way to do it. You will be fully supported in this work with the NCS program, but it will be tailored to your needs and patterns. So many people, like myself, still have trouble with change.
